Payment

You can pay for the goods in the following ways:

  • Bank transfer. Pay by making a transfer to our bank account. Please enter your order number as the purpose of payment. The order will be shipped when the transfer reaches our bank account.
  • Pay by email banking. When paying via electronic banking, you will choose your bank and you will be directed to the payment window immediately. This payment method is the fastest. The transfer will be credited to our account within a few minutes.

Delivery of goods

  • An order basket can consist of several different items.
  • We send via Lithuanian Post and other parcel services taking into account the type of parcel and the quality of the service.
  • We choose the most efficient and safest way to deliver your goods to you on time and with high quality.
  • The goods are delivered on average within 2-4 working days, but not later than within 7 working days in Lithuania. Inside ES countries between 5-10 days, US 8-18 days, other countries outside ES 12-20 days.
  • Delivery price throughout Lithuania 2.49 €. Inside ES countries shipping 3 EUR (~3,4 USD), outside ES countries 5 EUR (~5,6 USD).
  • An order is considered received on a specific day if it is placed and payment is received by 12.00 on that day.

Returning the goods

  • In case the product is of poor quality, the Buyer must inform www.aldona.lt by e-mail about quality defects store administration within 48 hours.
  • The buyer can inform about the purchased goods of poor quality by phone +370 67479408 or e-mail [email protected]
  • In case the Buyer wishes to receive a refund for returned goods of poor quality, he must e-mail [email protected] to request a refund.
  • In the request for a refund, the Buyer must indicate: name, surname, order number, name and quantity of the defective item, and the reason for the refund.
  • The money is returned to the Buyer back to the bank account from which the goods were paid for.
  • The money is returned within 2 working days from the submitted written (e-mail) request of the Buyer and sending the goods of incorrect quality to the Seller.
